A specialty grade for visually graded rubber. Production is precisely controlled from the field latex level, and is produced air-dried instead of smoke-dried giving it a very light coloring.
A specialty grade for visually graded rubber. The amount of foreign matter is equivalent to that of RSS1 but is produced by a special smoking method, giving it a very light coloring.
The highest grade of Pale Crepe rubber, currently only produced in Sri Lanka. The most light-colored and purest of all natural rubber, produced by a unique bleaching and washing process.
Natural Rubber concentrate manufactured by Muang Mai Guthrie PCL. (Thailand). A low Ammonia grade with around 60% solid rubber content. Has a lower ammonia content compared to the HA grade resulting in a suppressed ammonia smell.
A special grade manufactured by Green HPSP (Thailand), NR grafted with MMA (polymerisation rate 30%). Used to modify adhesive properties, and as a reinforcing agent for rubber compounds.
Main Applications
Adhesives, reinforcing agent for rubber compounds, etc.
A compound grade manufactured by Green HPSP with 80% unvulcanized rubber and 20% vulcanized rubber. A processing aid, that by adding to the rubber mixing process, improves flow behaviour, increases viscosities and stiffness, without impairing the physical properties of the final vulcanized products.
Main Applications
Used in compounding process of solid rubber products, expecially extruded and calendered products.
