Natural Rubber is a natural resource made by processing the liquid tree sap collected from a plant called Hevea Brasiliensis.
Although its roots can be traced to the banks of the Amazon River in Brazil, the majority of current production of natural rubber is found in the South-East Asian countries.
Natural Rubber is widely used for industrial products such as tires, rubber belts, and hoses as well as those products more familiar to us such as rubber bands, shoe soles, and adhesives of various tapes.
Although there are synthetic rubbers made from fossil-fuels, there are certain qualities that only Natural Rubber can provide, and so it remains a vital resource to this day.
